The 5th International Entomophagous Insects Conference
October 16-20, 2017; Kyoto, Japan


We invite you to register and attend the 5th International Entomophagous Insects Conference, to be held in Kyoto, Japan, from Monday 16 until Friday 20 October 2017. We look forward to meeting in Kyoto anyone with a keen interest in entomopohagous insects.

Registration and Abstract Submission

Registration is required to attend the conference. Only registered participants will be admitted to the scientific sessions. Registration is only possible online via the congress website. To register please follow the link:
To submit an abstract of your contribution, please follow the instructions on the online submission form and fill in the appropriate fields. The length of the abstract is limited to one page in A-4 size format. Abstract template and example can be obtained from This abstract will be used by the session organizers to select speakers. Those not selected for oral presentation will be offered the opportunity to present a poster.
To make presentation, registration and abstract submission should be completed not later than 31 May 30 June 2017.

Registration Fees

Registered participants will be requested to pay their registration fees via PayPal through the website until deadlines below. After registration is completed, the participants will be received e-mail in which the URL for the payment is described.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation notification received before September 1, 2017 will be fully refunded. No refund will be provided for cancellations received after September 1, 2017 or for no-shows. Refunds will only be processed by PayPal after the conference. Cancellation requests should be addressed to the local organizer.
